Notice Regarding Establishment of a Recurrence Prevention Review Committee at a Subsidiary
As announced in "Notice Regarding Certain Media Reports Concerning a Subsidiary (MAEDA CORPORATION)" dated May 7, 2026, media outlets reported that an employee of our subsidiary, MAEDA CORPORATION, is alleged to have provided money to a member of the Yatsushiro City Council in connection with a construction project commissioned by Yatsushiro City. In response, INFRONEER Holdings Inc. hereby announces that the Boards of Directors of the Company and MAEDA CORPORATION have decided to establish a Recurrence Prevention Review Committee.
